The Lithgow Prize for Photography is an annual event that is exhibited over the Ironfest weekend each year. It is an opportunity for photographers to showcase their work to a wide audience of visitors from around the globe.

The theme of the exhibition is 'Lithgow' and both hobby and professional photographers participate in capturing the essence of life in this region which is rich in nature, history and contemporary Australian life.
