Sculptured seat by Macgregor Ross

  Ironfest has developed a reputation as a quality arts event;
each year incorporating a number of exhibitions of quality art of various mediums.

And 2011 will be no different.

The Lithgow Prize for Photography

(www.ironfest.net/program-2011/photography-prize)

will once again take place inside the Ballroom.

As will a new exhibition of films created by local school students.

Don't let the fact that these films have been created by school students fool you

- these films have taken out a number of State & National film awards.

So make sure you don't miss them. Click here for a preview.

And what 'steampunk' event would be complete without a steampunk art exhibition?

Our featured steampunk artist this year is Sydney artist: Sir Dij Dijor,

who's work will be featured on the stage inside the Ballroom.

More information about Sir Dijor will appear here in the following weeks,

but for a preview of his work click here

More information about other exhibitions to take place as part of Ironfest 2011

will appear here in the coming weeks.
